Cat ate Frontline, is lethargic. What can I do without a vet?

Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Female | unspayed | 3 years and 2 months old | 7 lbs

I am pretty sure my cat has ingested frontline from licking another cat. She is lethargic and just laying on the bed. I do not have the finances to rush her to a vet, is there anything I can do to help her?

If Lilith ingested Frontline, there isn't much you can do for her at home unfortunately. She really needs to be seen by a veterinarian. They will at the very least give her some fluids to help hydrate her and flush the substance out. She may also need more treatments such as blood work and medication.
