My dog fell, is limping and barely moving. Should I take her to vet?

My corgi chihuahua fell off the couch while barking at the gardener. I am house/dog sitting my son's boxer. There was a box on the floor where she fell. She is limping and hardly moves. I RUBBED both hind legs and paws and she didn't try to attack me. I took her outside this morn and placed her on the grass to potty but she just sat in sun. She did manage to get up the 3 inch bricks onto the patio to come I side to eat.She is quite spoiled and not used to sharing me. Do you think she will be ok

Hi. I'm sorry Chupa hurt herself. If she is dragging her rear legs she needs to be seems by a vet asap. She may have a back or spinal cord injury. If she can stand and move both legs she may be ok with a bit of rest but if she is dragging her legs at all or wobbly on them then she needs to be checked by a vet. In the meantime don't let her jump up or down on furniture, make sure to carry her up and down stairs and keep her confined to a small area or crate. I hope Chupa is better soon.
