My dog isn't drinking, anxious, and gassy. Should I go to ER?

Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Female | spayed | 3 years and 6 months old | 11 lbs

Hi! I have a shih-tzu who has been having lots of anxiety for 3 1/2 days. She is not drinking and I am giving her water by a syringe. She ate yesterday (day 2) and has urinated as normal. She pooped today. She is still tucking her back side and has some gas. This has happened before but not for this long. When I press all around her, she does not squeal, however, she squeals when she wants to be left alone. Do I need to take her to the ER?

It is concerning that Winnie isn't drinking water but it's good that she is eating, urinating, and pooping. Based on that, I wouldn't rush her into an ER today, but definitely have her seen by a vet tomorrow if she still isn't drinking on her own. Keep giving her water via syringe, and take her into the ER vet if she stops eating, becomes very lethargic, stops urinating, or stops pooping.
