Pet's info: Dog | Jack Russell Terrier | Female | spayed | 12 years and 11 months old | 14 lbs
My dog has just developed a lump on her tigh. Looks like a lumpy mole or tumor it just appeared over night I haven't noticed it before any ideas. Please.

It appears to be a sebaceous mass that are not concerning, but can develop crusts and secondary infections leading to times when they have to be removed. Of course, it is hard to tell this for sure by pictures, so please have your veterinarian take a look.

It is impossible to tell in person without being able to see the mass but it is possible this is a growth called a sebaceous adenoma. These are benign growths that usually don't require removal unless the mass is getting traumatized or infected. To be safe and ensure this isn't another type of growth/tumor, you should schedule an examination with your veterinarian.
