I have a 5 year old American pit bull. I want to mate her, but this will be her first mate. Have been told she's to old to mate. Is she to old to mate for the first time? Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Female | unspayed | 65 lbs

She is very borderline, i personally would not recommend to mate her, she is already in very high risk to develop mammary gland tumors and each year she is not spayed, the risk go up. at her age, instead of mating her i would definitely recommend to have her spayed.
