My dog is losing weight, thirsty, eating, and scratching. What's up?

Hi, my dog is 1 year old and has these symptoms: weight loss, increased thirst, wants to eat all the time, scratching himself more than usual, his coat isn't a full (not as much hair). I feed him twice a day once in the morning and then in the evening, he doesn't have regular work but i take him sometimes. I'm concerned for his health and would really appreciate some advice. Poor Paco needs to have a full exam and some bloodwork and a urine test done to know why he is drinking more and losing weight. He may have a bladder infection, kidney disease, prostate disease, or some other condition going on causing the isssues. Hope that helps!
