My FIV+ cat isn't peeing after UTI treatment and has a bloody nose.

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 2 years and 5 months old | 10 lbs

My FIV + Tom was successfully treated at vets office yesterday for urinenary tract infection and uretheral blockage and sent home. He peed at vets but has not at home. Today he has a sneezing bloody nose. What's going on and should I take him back to vet?

Hello If O'Malley is not urinating I would be concerned as these cases can re-obstruct frequently after a blockage. If so he will need to have another catheter passed. His sneezing could be related to stress from the event, an early infection or related to his FIV status. If O'Malley is not acting normally, has not used the litterbox in 8-12 hours, or is going to the litterbox frequently without producing any urine he needs to be rechecked by his veterinarian.
