Why is my dog's skin dark, itchy, shedding, with bumps and dandruff?

I have a mastiff and she is shedding continuously & her skin is turning dark. She also looks like she has dandruff. In some areas she has little bumps and constantly wants to be scratched. What can I do to help? Pet's info: Dog | Mastiff | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 4 months old | 100 lbs
