My dog has a non raised rash under her chin it doesn't seem to be itchy and no fur loss. Any help? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 8 months and 22 days old | 40 lbs

This could be mild skin irritation but it also could indicate bruising. Sometimes watching it closely for a few days to make sure the area is not getting bigger and that it's getting less inflamed is all that is needed. However if it becomes increasingly red, develops bumps, or begins to bleed it needs to be seen by a veterinarian.
