My cat misses her kittens. Can I reunite vaccinated mom & babies?

Skitzo, is a lactating mother that was vaccinated 3 days ago. The vet requested i seperate vaccinated 6week old babies and Skitzo. However, Skitzo refuses to eat and crys at the bathroom door ALL day and night for her babies. What would putting a lactating vaccined mama and vaccined 6week halfway weened kittens do? What are the actual/factual risk?

As they are 6 weeks old they do not need to be nursing on the mother anymore, although at 6 weeks i would not consider it a danger to let them nurse on their newly vaccinated mother (many vets already vaccinate puppies at this age anyway).
