Hi im Robyn by dog is 17yrs and a blue herrier x ? Is it time for me to put him down as he has arthritis, barks for no reason, stairs at his kennel in a daze , eats whats on the ground ? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | neutered
