Puppy's paws swollen, infected, nails falling off. What should I do?

hello, I have a pup named kali, she is 5 months old. and I live in tennesse and I had went out of town for a few hours, when I came back her paws were swollen and the top layer of her skin was completely off, it looks like she was licking and biting at them and she had these blood bubbles in between her toes, her paws look infected I cleaned them and wrapped them in bandages, her toe nails are falling completely off and so is her paw pad. what should I do until I can afford to take her to the ve

Wow this sounds awful! She needs to see a vet right away when you can get this done.. In the meantime, if she will let you try to soak the paws in a warm water/epsom salt solution several times a day, and then wrap them so she doesn't lick. Use 1-2 tbsp of epsom salt per 4-5 cups of warm water. Good luck!
