Lethargy and a low grade fever could certainly be a sign of an active infection. I would take Laddu to the vet for some further work up. He will be able to assess her level of hydration and perform a full physical exam for any other abnormalities. He may want to obtain some blood work to better assess the problem at hand. The blood work will reveal indications of different types of infection / inflammation, electrolyte imbalances, and organ failure. Certain tests also exist to scan for particular tick-borne diseases. Hope things work out well!
