My dog's paw and lower leg are swollen with a sore. What's wrong?

Why is my dogs paw and lower leg swollen with what seems to be a cut or sore that runs down inbetween her toes and on the bottom of her paw?

It looks like Brooklyn may have a skin infection called interdigital dermatitis, although i could be wrong as i can't see so well with her dark fur. I suggest getting her examined tomorrow at the vet to determine the diagnosis and the best treatment for her.
