Why are my puppy's testicles swollen and red after playing in grass?

Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Male | unneutered | 6 months and 6 days old | 13 lbs

My 7 month old puppy has swollen and very red testiculas!! We have been outside where there is a lot of grass. Could this be an allergic reaction.

Hi it's possible that Jaxx had an allergic reaction to grass or plants that affected his scrotal skin. You should try to gently wash his skin to remove any pollen. He may have also rubbed himself raw if he's been humping things. If the skin is still red tomorrow, take him in to see the vet. They can recommend ointments that can soothe skin reactions. Ps i love his big ears!
