My cat has yellow eye pus daily & face scratches. Should I see a vet?

My cat has been coming home with new scratch marks on his face and he's been having yellow pus coming out of his eyes and its getting to the point where I'm cleaning his eyes out everyday, what should I do? Pet's info: Cat | British Shorthair | Male | neutered

I would recommend Sebastian see the vet. It sounds like he may have an infection in his eyes, he may be rubbing and scratching at them causing scratches on his face or it may be that he got in a fight and that caused the problem. In either case he should be checked out to her needed medication
