My dog vomited yellow liquid and food once. Should I be concerned?

I'm pet sitting and the dog vomited yellow vomit and some food she vomited only once should I be concerned? She seems fine now! Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | spayed | 5 years and 6 months old | 15 lbs

I'm glad to hear that Angel seems fine now. Vomiting once is not usually a huge cause for concern. At this point, I would skip her next meal to allow her stomach some time to settle. If she vomits more frequently, becomes lethargic, or also develops diarrhea, a trip to the vet will likely be in order. I hope that all goes well!
