Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Male | neutered | 10 lbs
Hi, I have a black male cat named Skully. He's about 5 years old and I've had him for about 3 months. Skully lately hasn't been touching or eating his food. He gags constantly but nothing comes up. He hides and lies around all the time which is new. He doesn't seem in pain but he rejects anything he ingests or anything he smells. This has also never been a problem. What is wrong with him?

Skulls needs to see a vet. There are many reasons that may cause a cat to stop eating but if he does not eat he is at risk for developing hepatitic lipidosis (a disease of the liver when cats go too long without eating). which can be fatal.
