My 10-week puppy has red bumps near his genitals. Should I worry?

I just got a 10 week old puppy last week, I noticed this morning that he has 3 red and while bumps close to his genetal area. I'm not sure if they have always been there. Should I be concerned? Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 23 days old

I would recommend having those checked by a vet at Gates wellness/vaccine appointment. It appears he may have a bit of a skin infection or hypersensitivity reaction. You can try washing him with a mild shampoo first to see if that helps.
