Why is my cat lethargic, not walking, and shaking with belly pain?

Help me please !! my cat has no energy he doesn't walk properly he wants to sleep all the time .. when I do a message to his belly he feel a bit comfortable but when I reach to the bottom of his belly he squeeze himself. Also from time to time when he wants to change his position his hands, legs and tail shakes fast !!! please let me know if you know anything !! Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | 2 lbs
