My puppy still has fleas after Frontline. What to do before vaccines?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 1 day old

My puppy is 9 weeks old and he has fleas we have used FRONTLINE PLUS it has been 24hrs and he is still itching and I see a few in his fur, I am very worried as he is due to get his vaccinations in 3 days?

Fleas can be frustrating to manage! Since you have already applied Frontline to Milo, consider also giving him a tablet of Capstar. This medication can be found in most pet stores and kills adult fleas in about 30-60 minutes. The Frontline will then be effective for preventing fleas for the rest of the month. Be sure to continue to use a good quality flea preventative regularly and discuss other prescription-based options with Milo's vet at his vaccine appointment. I hope that all goes well!
