My dog threw up bile, won't eat for days. When to see a vet?

My dog is 8 months old. Last night he threw up bile a couple times & he hasn't eaten in a couple days. His eyes have a discharge. His nose is still cold & wet. But he's making me really nervous be/c he is never like this. I'm gonna try feeding him some wet food. But how long do I go without him eating? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | unneutered | 7 lbs

If he hasn't been eating in two days it is highly abnormal, i would not recommend waiting, he needs to see a vet as soon as possible, it may be an infection or some other condition that requires to be treated with medications.
