My cat ate a Nerf bullet and is throwing up. Should I see a vet?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 4 years and 5 months old | 12.6 lbs

My 5 year old cat ate a small blue nerf bullet just the Styrofoam not the orange hard tip, on Saturday and has been puking and having bad diarrhea, he is still eating and drinking water ut should i get him checked out or is their anything i can do to help him feel better?

Unfortunately that could definitively cause gastrointestinal inflammation and obstruction, which may be completed. It is very likely that the signs you described are due to this foreign body. A check up and some form of imaging (radiographs or better ultrasound) are definitively needed to confirm my clinical suspicion and treat appropriately.
