Some blood can be seen in unneutered dogs after they have been aroused and this is not too concerning if there are no other signs. But blood from the penis can also be caused by prostatic infections and urinary tract problems like stones or infections. If bosco continues to have blood regularly, has any trouble urinating , or is lethargic I would have him evaluated by a veterinarian.

It could be that Kachito is masturbating quite vigorously, and that is causing damage to his penis leading to the tip dripping blood. This bleeding can also be a sign of a prostrate problem, such as benign prostatic hyperplasia, prostatitis, and prostate cancer (which would not be common in a young dog). I recommend a check up with the vet. Your vet can do a rectal exam to see if his prostate is enlarged, and if it is, can do further tests such as a semen collection and examination, as well as a urine culture. If there is a problem with his prostate, neutering him is part of the recommended treatment. I would have him seen by a vet sometime this week. Good luck, I hope this helps!
