my dog has a light pink rash looking thing around his penis, what could it be or is it normal, I've never had a puppy before. Pet's info: Dog | English Cocker Spaniel | Male | unneutered

As long as he is acting normal and urinating normal, I suspect this may just be a little bit of contact dermatitis. A little cocker puppy is low to the ground, so Charlie will be rubbing on grass when he goes outside and possibly picking up allergens and moisture. You can bath him with a mild puppy shampoo to see if that helps the redness. If he is licking excessively or having any difficulty urinating then he may need to see a vet.
