My dog has multiple allergies to food and shampoo. Is this normal?

I brought my dog to the vet because she was suffering from allergies and he vet realized that she was allergic to all sorts of things (eg. Shampoos, beef) and the only neutral thing she can consume was lamb. She can't even use dog shampoos because she'll get allergic and start itching. Is this normal? Is there a way to cure this?

Allergies are common in dogs. Sometimes controlling one allergy, such as food, can make the other is more manageable. This means by putting a dog that's allergic to both food and environmental allergens on a special diet to control the food allergy can make them less reactive to environmental allergies. You could discuss with your veterinarian doing a food trial for your dog or medications to control allergies such as Apoquel, Atopica, or even steroids. I am not sure which of those medications are approved for use in your country.
