Why is my bird opening its beak, making guttural sounds, and panting?

Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Male | unneutered | 22 days old | 0.1 lbs

My pet red vented bulbul is opening its beak on slight exertion , it is making low soft guttural sounds while sittin in a relaxed manner on my hand , combined with an open beak . What could be wrong ? It is eating normally, poop is normal , i feed it fruits and boiled eggs.

Yawning or stretching the beak when perching could just be Zara attempting to relax, or even acting a little stressed from the handling. However if he is actively panting, appears in distress, or is acting this way even when not being handled, it may indicate an issue such as pain, illness, respiratory problems, etc which should be examined by a local avian vet.
