Why is my dog trying to pee but can't, has a bruise, and acts weird?

My dog Tiny is has been acting strange all day. She waa fine yesterday but when we woke up this morning, she started acting funny. She keeps walking around the house, squating like she has to pee but nothing will come out. She won't drink water, but she will eat. And she hasn't urinated at all today. She won't lay down for more than a few seconds she just walks around trying to pee but can't. She also has this huge bruise on the whole inside of her left back leg. Bruising that dramatically can happen after major trauma or with low platelet issues. It is also very concerning that tiny has been unable to urinate today. This can also be due to trauma (to the bladder), urinary blockages from stones, or possibly bad urinary tract infections. I would have her evaluated by a veterinarian as soon as possible. they will be able to check tiny for urinary issues and assess the bruise to see if blood work is warranted. I hope tiny is feeling better very soon.
