My 3-week-old kitten has pus-filled knots on ear and private area.

The kitten is three weeks old have been bottle feed for to of those weeks one has to places on it that bothers me one on the out side of the ear a big knot with pus and redness and a new one on it's privit area here so pic. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 1 month and 4 days old | 0.6 lbs

It is difficult to diagnose the problem in those pictures. If there is pus and redness then there is an infection that needs to be treated. The kitten will need to be examined by a vet for treatment. Your vet can give an antibiotic to treat the infection.
