My senior dog isn't eating, losing weight, and has a pale tongue. Why?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 15 years and 1 month old | 35 lbs

My dog is 15 years young and has had declining health since Friday. We initially thought it was heat exhaustion but she hasn't eating, hardly drank and her tongue is now white. She has also lost a large amount of body mass

I am very concerned for Bonnie, as a senior, she is more likely to have an issue with her circulation - this could be heart disease or possibly a tumor affecting her inside. The pale tongue and gums worry me. Take her to see your vet as soon as you can. I hope they will find something that can be resolved for her.
