Why does my 5-month-old puppy have pus bumps on Trifexis?

Pet's info: Dog | American Bulldog | Female | spayed | 5 months and 25 days old

My dog is 5 months and is on trifexis and i have been seeing alot of little pus bumps on here she is not itching them. She has been on the same food. I gave her a bath with natural soap that has mad it not so red but i dont know what to do. When i took here to get her flea meds they breafly looked at a spot and said fleas could cause that but she is getting worse

Without seeing these bumps it's hard to tell but it sounds like it could be a bacterial skin infection. This can occur second heard allergies such as the fleas but also to certain environmental factors like grass and pollens. Trifexis is generally good at preventing fleas so I will discuss with your veterinarian what other factors could be involved as well as the oral antibiotics maybe needed to clear up her infection.
