My cat has a round flat red raised spot on his belly with a spot in the middle ? Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Male | neutered | 9 lbs

This could be an area of ringworm infection or alternatively an insect bite or bacterial infection. If it does not clear up in the next t 2-3 days or more lesions develop Dude needs to b examined by his veterinarian. In the meantime wash your hands thoroughly after handling Dude as some infections can be spread to humans.
