What natural oils are safe for my bulldog puppy's red lip sore?

Hello ! My 4 month old English bulldog recently developed a red sore on her lower lip. I'm wondering if there is any natural oils I could put on it to help it ?

Lavender oil has been shown anecdotally to have antimicrobial and anti inflammatory properties. You can certainly give it a try to see if it helps clear that lesion up, as it can't really hurt unless Nyla has an allergy to it. To me, this looks like some sort of puppy acne which may clear up on its own anyway. This is not an uncommon finding in young bully breed puppies.
