Poor Butters! He's adorable but he does look like he's felling quite unwell at the moment. There are a couple of things this could be, such as a severe GI illness, eating something rotten, a foreign body, or even parvovirus. Parvo is a too often fatal infection of young unvaccinated puppies that has no cure. I would keep an eye on him for now, and if he starts vomiting again, stops eating, and/or has diarrhea, get him into a vet immediately. You can try feeding him a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice in small amounts several times a day for a couple of days to see if that helps. If it does, you can add back in his normal diet. Should he vomit the bland diet, take him into a vet immediately.
