My pug is vomiting and weak after tick treatment. What's wrong?

Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Female | unspayed | 5 lbs

I gave a shower to my pug yesterday n had applied tick relief soap and a liquid. She had her meal but threw it in the evening. We at home preferred giving her milk and biscuits. She did have it. She drinks water. Her hind legs seems to hurt her and she barely walks. We also tried giving her favourite bone which she did consume. An hour back she vomited again. Please help me!!

If you think Puggy may be having a reaction to the tick treatment, give her another bath washing with a mild detergent type soap such as Dawn dish detergent. This will help remove any residual insecticide from her coat. If she continues to show weakness and vomiting she should be evaluated by a veterinarian.
