There is a bump on my 4 year old malti poo. His behavior is totally normal but the bump is starting to worry me. It almost looks like a pimple. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | neutered | 3 years and 10 months old | 11 lbs
