Why is my 6-month-old puppy shaking, peeing, and has bloody discharge?

my dog is aprox 6 and a half months old, shes shacking and urinating more than usual i have noticed some bloody discharge and she has just stoped her first bleed im not sure what to do please help. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | unspayed | 14 lbs

Shaking is a sign of discomfort and pain, and increased urination can be due to a urinary tract infection, kidney disease, toxins, and other causes.
