My kitten is sick after medication. What do I do if the vet is closed?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 22 days old | 3.9 lbs

My kitten is 4 weeks old and having a bad flu and cough. I have given 1/4 chlorpheniramine tablet and 1/6 nuelin tablet. But the kitten now having bad diarrhea, dilated eyes, shivering and no appetite. What should I do. The vet are closed on Sunday.

These are signs of possible intoxication. A ER vet should be seek and found as soon as possible to give appropriate treatment. IV fluids gastric decontamination and medication to decrease gastrointestinal absorption are required.
