Why is my kitten's pupil smaller than the other? Should I worry?

Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Female | unspayed | 4 months and 13 days old

My kittens pupil is smaller than the other and it was fine a few minutes ago, is it anything I should be worried about?

Unequal pupil size could indicate a neurological issue, an ear infection, and a general infection. If the sign continues for more than a couple hours I recommend your vet nary and take a look to rule out anything that needs to be treated.
