Can hard plastic dog bones make my dog's teeth fall out or crack?

Are plastic bone that dog chew but can't eat full only chew is good for teeth ? Can his teeth can fall by chewing hard plastic bone ? Bones are like as shown in photo

Dental fractures and accidents can occur with some of the very hard chew toys and I generally do not recommend these for use long term or when not directly supervised. Short periods of chewing can be good for dental health but I prefer the softer toys or rope toys to prevent cracked and broken teeth
