My cat has no energy, isn't walking right, and is shaking. Help!

Help me please !! my cat has no energy he doesn't walk properly he wants to sleep all the time .. when I do a message to his belly he feel a bit comfortable but when I reach to the bottom of his belly he squeeze himself. Also from time to time when he wants to change his position his hands, legs and tail shakes fast !!! please let me know if you know anything !!

He should be examined by your veterinarian. Blood work including a urinalysis should be done to assess major organ function and to diagnose kidney infection or urinary tract infection. Abdominal xrays may diagnose foreign body, masses, bladder/kidney stones or bladder inflammation. Supportive care or pain management may be indicated to keep him comfortable until a diagnose is reached.
