I have a dog and 3 cats. I just found my dog outside eating the remains of a squirrel. First, I know this is animal instinct, but will my dog be alright (should I look for anything)? Second, is it alright to let my dog back inside around my cats? Pet's info: Dog | Beagle | Female | spayed | 50 lbs

She will likely be fine. Monitor for vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy, loss of appetite or abdominal pain. Intestinal parasites are a concern if Sophie is not on any monthly preventatives​. It should be fine to let her inside with your cats as well.
