My dog has milky nipples and is throwing up, but isn't pregnant.

I am very worried for my baby girl Luna. She is definitely not pregnant but her nipples are very very loose and filled with milk. She threw up twice today a very yellowy foamy substance. She has not been lethargic or anything she's been eating good and running around like always. I know about the false pregnancy and heat but this has never been so extreme her nipples are exaggerating big what can I do to help her?

This is most probably a phantom pregnancy, unfortunately at home there is not much you can do to help, there is a medication called galastop that you can get from your vet and it is used to stop the symptoms of false pregnancy.
