Is it normal for my Shih Tzu puppy to dig her bed before sleep?

My Shih Tzu is 6 months old now and I always wonder whenever it's her time to sleep, she keeps on scratching the bed, more likely "digging" something before lying down. Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Female | unspayed | 6 months and 14 days old

Bella is displaying normal behavior. It's somewhat like people fluffing thier pillow before laying down. For dogs or their wild canine ancestors that lived outside they would scratch an dog to make a comfortable bed to lie in. You could provide a blankie for her to scratch and fluff up or may want to get a heavy duty cover for the bed so she does rip it.
