Why is my dog vomiting daily after surgery, stitches, anesthesia?

Kobe has been vomoting very often. (Atleast once a day) He is not lethargic, but sometimes he does not like to eat. He also does not have fever, or anyting except that he recently had stitches because of a dog fight last sunday (May 28) I noticed that he started being like this after that. He also had anesthesia during the surgery. Pet's info: Dog | Toy Poodle | Male | 6 months and 4 days old

Poor Kobe! First a fight, and now vomiting, its been a rough week for him! I'm wondering if he may be sensitive to either the antibiotic or pain relief medicine that he's been on since the surgery? Some dogs can have vomiting or diarrhea due to these medicines. It may be worth calling his vet to check, as they might choose to switch him on to a different medicine instead. I hope Kobe feels better soon!
