Poor Pearl. She doesn't need a vaccination, because these are only meant to be given to healthy pets and at the current moment she isn't considered to be healthy. If she is still vomiting and not eating she likely has an internal illness that needs to be investigated via bloodwork analysis and a urinalysis and treated for directly. Cats can get a condition called hepatic lipidosis (fatty liver) if they go without eating for several days which can make them extremely ill, so I would recommend getting Pearl seen by your local vet right away. Until you can get Pearl in to the vet you can try to offer her small amounts of slightly warmed cans of baby food to provide some nutritional support. I hope your fur baby feels better soon. Take care and best wishes.
