I would like to reassure you that your cat is not bleeding internally. Any internal bleeding is not visible from the outside. It does look like the skin is inflamed and by the sounds of the medications Peapumpkin receives, she gets treatment for a skin infection and allergy. I could not understand from your message if there is a medication that you are not happy about or is it that you feel she is not improving. I wonder if your vet as gone through all the possible underlying causes. From the location of these skin wounds, it is likely that Peapumpkin suffers with Eospinophilic Granuloma. Please accept my apologies if it is not just her legs and her tummy affected, but if this is the case it is the most likely condition. There are a few things that can be tried for treatment and to try to prevent flare ups but the cornerstone of therapy is steroids. Anti histamines are not particularly useful in general, and antibiotics are only needed when the wounds get infected. If you wish to go through a bit more details and suggestions please feel free to contact the experts here, as it is hard and inaccurate to make suggestions just assuming things, a consultation might be more beneficial even if more costly.
