My dog's cut won't heal after 2 weeks, still bleeding. Infected?

My dog had a cut and 2 weeks later it still hasn't healed it bleeds still and it now looks like he has more cuts on him that are spreading what should I do ? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | unneutered | 1 year old | 60 lbs

It would be best to bring Kilo to the vet as the area is likely infected. Your vet can clean the area and then offer a round of antibiotics to help stop the infection from continuing. You may also want to use an old t-shirt or Elizabethan (cone) collar to stop Kilo from scratching and chewing at the area so that it prevents further irritation and allows it to heal.
