Is my dog's red third eyelid, runny nose, and hiccup breathing normal?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 9 months and 10 days old

my dog's third eyelid is reddish but no excess tears or any strange secretions. he usually gets rhinorrhea when smelling new things like the plants in the garden.. he also has something wrong with respiration occurs once a week or 2 weeks he makes a sound like a hiccup two times then returns to normal breathing .. is that normal ?

It would be hard to tell if the hiccup is normal or not without an exam, however if it happens frequently or is bothersome to Cesar having a vet take a look to rule out any potential causes is best. Dogs can have hiccups just like people, and it may be that he is gulping air or startled, leading to the behavior. Allergy meds can help with clear eye discharge and redness, however if the eye is very red, staying closed, or is being pawed at/bothersome to Cesar having it checked by your vet is best.
