Hi dear vets. I wanted you to help me with my dog. My dog is not drinking much water imean he can't even finish hes bowl of lotss of water. Is there anyway that i can make him drink more. Because i think it is bad for dogs to not drink water. My dog only drinks ½ or more on his bowl the whole day. But he can't even finish it. Is there a way i could encourage him to drink more Water???

Dogs should drink about 25-50 mililiter per kilogram of body weight per day. They can also get extra water from eating wet food or adding extra water into the food he is already eating to make sure he is consuming enough water. If he is not drinking as much water maybe try and see if there are other places like his food that you can add water to.
